“The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated more instructions on how each access point was entered. There is an app to allow access. Sometimes you scan a QR code- which was not obvious the first time I used the door- sometimes you hit the picture of the door on the app. It was anxiety provoking to have access only through your phone. Convenient, but makes you extra anxious about not forgetting your phone. Also wish the kitchen had a bit more supplies. A couple of……

“Clean apartment awesome hosts”

“I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call……

“This little apartment is cute as a button. Decorated so nice. Smelled clean and fresh the moment we walked in. Kitchen and fridge was clean. Bathroom very tidy with bath essentials. Decor made for a comfortable homey feel. Patio looks over the pool which is a plus. AC and fan kept it really nice and cool. Computer desk was an added plus as well. The host is amazing and responded very quickly. This was a perfect overnight stay for my family and I. The only cons I thought were: Very thin……

“The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through……
