"Second time staying at here. Staff is super friendly and they remembered me from my first visit! Clean facilities, comfortable beds and great location near restaurants, but tucked away so noise is minimal from vehicle traffic😊"

"Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"

"Tub, sink and shower curtain had hair on and in it. Furniture was stained, old, discolored and smelly. Table in living room had crumbs all around in the cracks of it. Curtains are dingy looking and carpet had stains on it, I made sure to keep shoes on whenever my feet were on the floor. I was also charged $50 for early check in instead of the $30 that was marketed when checking in through my Hilton honors app. I’ll never stay here again."

"Zero stars if I could. Charged $50/day for parking just to stay in a room that was borderline uninhabitable. No fridge, loose jagged bathtub tiles (actual safety hazard), mold that looked painted over, and filthy, smelly carpet. Hotel was “full,” so staff did nothing. No fix, no relocation, no accountability—just excuses because we booked third-party. You’re not paying for a stay here—you’re taking a risk. Avoid."

"The property itself is beautiful. The hotel is very nice and the amenities are what attracted me initially. The person working at the front desk on my night stay was very rude not hospitable at all, unfriendly wasn't inviting. She rushed us not allowing us to enjoy the whole experience. Because we have never been to that hotel we asked what floor our room was. She seemed annoyed asked her about any of the amenities she either ignored us or again was annoyed didn't inform us of using the key card for the elevator which we figured out on our own it was just a bad experience. She was not friendly. She should not be working in the front with guests. When you have a bad experience like that, it just removes the warm and relaxing feeling you should have when you're a guest visiting the area. "
