“There was a loud party and /or arguing going on in another unit that I could hear. Place was clean, and everything was fine except the noise levels mentioned.”

“The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through……

“Overall very good stay. Super quiet, and perfect neighborhood. Only hiccups was the WiFi going out on a few occasions, but I understand that that is sometimes out of our control. While I understand the need for having multiple staff communicating with clients, there was a personal touch that felt lost here, and the whole process felt a bit automated. Hoping things are a bit more personable on my next booking. ”

“I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call……

“The property was clean, safe, and beautiful. The location was ideal and had a beautiful kitchen with some essentials which is nice as HEB is only 5 mins away. The hosts were attentive and helpful! We had no issues and were able to enjoy a complete week of sightseeing and staying in as we had the amenities to do so. 10/10 would recommend for the price and for couples. ”

“Miscommunication between the property manager or owner and the entry device coder resulted in our not being able to get into the unit at check in time. They remedied the problem within 20 minutes but it was not a good start to our stay.”
