“Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We planned on Meeting Family and going to Schlitterbahn on Saturday, but the place was amazing with the pool and the game room there was no need to leave. We were able to cook and eat and swim and play in the game room. We had an absolutely fun filled time.”

“SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Scammed me . I went to the check-in, and someone else was there. I told them I had booked the property for a few nights, and they told me they were staying there for a few days and won't be leaving. I tried to reach out to the owner didn’t get a response .. I kept calling for at least 2 days no response…when they finally contact me back I’ve would’ve only have 1 day left to stay… anywho they refused to give me my money back… then told me that they would...

“This home was awesome! A group of girls were in town for a conference and we booked this rental. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the rooms and the backyard with the hot tub was much needed after a long day of learning.”

“Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals”
