“Our family had a great stay! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The young adults loved the pool table and arcade game! The location is ideal - close to restaurants, shops, and the amusement park. The house is very kid friendly with a pack and play, tiny table and chairs, books, and a swing set. We’ll be returning in the fall with the grandkids! Lastly, we forgot an item at the house and Pete was kind enough to……

“No breakfast one morning. Towels were ruff. Wrong size bed. No bar as advertised.”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

“Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎”

“I found high levels of chlorine in the water from their faucet. I was terribly ill during and after my stay. Don't stay here! The lights outside are irresponsibly bright. They never open the windows making for awful ventilation. I'm filing a police report.”

“Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.”
