“very enjoyable stay”

“Very responsive - great location- beautiful place”

“We were charged an additional 30/day fee at the gate that was advertised as included in our stay, adding an additional 150. We are still trying to get this resolved. Other than that, everything went well and we enjoyed our stay. The views from the mountain are beautiful. It’s a 15-20 minute drive from the gate to the cabin, depending on the conditions (very curvy). The 9-hole golf course was beautiful and the club restaurant was great. There are some nice hiking trails on property. The condo was……

“The place was immaculate!! It was just what we needed. She had pretty much thought of everything! We will be renting from her again for sure!! Being right on the river was so relaxing, listening to the water was just what our hectic lives needed to slow down. The beds were super comfortable. Our daughter is a student at Western Carolina and we were only 2 miles from campus, sooo convenient!”

“Never saw the host. Vacasa managed the property. The upstairs tv did not work at all. We had to clean up 6 dead palmetto bugs and kill a spider or two. The decks and furniture were so covered with leaves they were not usable.We tried to cancel the last day, and Vacasa refused. ”

Our stay (3 friends) was comfortable in the apartment - whole place was clean; beds were comfortable; water pressure in the shower was good. It was a straightforward 5-minute drive to WCU.”
