Interior gas fireplace and outdoor porch swing were delightful. Communication with host was excellent. Unit is all first floor. You do have someone above you, as there is a separate condo unit above with exterior accessed stairs, but that was not a problem for us and seemed to be the standard for condo units in this beautiful golf course community. The location and ground level access to the condo worked well for us. Very close to the clubhouse/wedding venue. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back porch.
