“Was perfect for the one night we needed for our appointments at Mayo Clinic. Very close and convenient to hospital. Any restaurant you can think of close by and so close to the beach.”

“We were in Jax visiting family, and wanted to be close to the beach. The weather was cool and windy, so we really appreciated the heated pool. Great pool for kids, also, with a wide shallow shelf at one end. The place was neat and clean, with a great kitchen. Being upstairs is nice, as you get a nice tropical feel seeing palm trees out of the windows.”

“The management by Nomad or maybe Lynx “guest experience partner” left a terrible impression. I left a soft cooler. Though I wasn’t expecting a return, they said no problem if they found it they would mail it. I described it and told exactly where to find it. Someone outright lied saying it wasn’t found. Saying we’ll hold it or too bad we can’t return it would be much better than dishonesty. Despite liking the property, I will not rent another Nomad managed space.”

“The location is great. Good proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Everything is recently renovated and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the check in was very easy. The pool was warm and gets lots of afternoon sun. We were travelling with a four month old baby and did find there was a lot of noise from the street and upstairs unit. It was March break so that may have contributed to the noise. They had a travel crib which was very helpful. Would……

“I picked this apartment for the porch - a place where we could enjoy the warmth in Aptil and have a hangout for the girls. But the rest of the apartment was just as inviting. So clean and bright and like new! The kitchen is very cool - pure IKEA with space saving drawers and trash/recycling, and a pantry for your food. The host provided coffe, tea, and condiments - very nice. The kitchen bar was perfect for late night wine talk. The living area is small but efficient. A book with instructions……
