There is a grassy area right out the front and back sliders. This is definitely the unit in Captain’s Court you want to stay in if you love the beach and ocean :)”

“The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees.
