Four families stayed here and the layout was superb. Family with teenagers hung out on the third floor and appreciated the kitchenette. Family or 6 enjoyed the middle floor with full kitchen for early morning breakfast s. Grandparents and family with two young children appreciated the the first floor ...

My unit had a front screened porch and a balcony out back. Best deal in the St Augustine area bar none! Available by water too. So much more than a hotel room. Excellent competitive rates. I have been here many times and love it always.
