“The property is beautiful inside and out. Really quiet area, with nice roads leading up to the property. I don’t know of many places that are located on a river that you can go without getting your feet dirty, but this one you definitely can. Once you step out the door to go to the river you have a complete path to walk on all the way to the river. The outdoor design of this place is perfect. Within 15 mins you have everything you need if you forget something or want to go out to eat(Wal-Mart,……

“Very small and cozy, family run RV Park and Motel. Great place for families, offering a wading and swimming pool, volleyball and badminton nets, basic soccer field, dedicated washer and horseshoe throwing pits and lots of grassed space for running around and playing. Great for adults too with bbq pits and picnic tables. Quiet at night for easy sleeping despite being right beside Highway 87. Homecooked breakfast on Saturdays encourages visiting with other people staying at the Park. Very……

“Propiedad muy tranquila y acogedora pero creo que deben mejorar en la limpieza”

“Close proximity to the golf course.”

“The accommodations were beautiful! I love that it’s dog friendly, right on the lake and relaxing. The host, Michelle, was very welcoming!”

“I was there! To preach at a church in Woodville. The staff were wonderful! But the property needs a Great deal of o work and sanitation. Mildew smell, bathe tiles, and face tiles were dingy and stained. That place needs work! But the manager has good customer service!”

“Loved having bathrooms and AC units in each bedroom.”

“Great property, so quiet and beautiful. We’ll definitely rent again. We come to the area twice a year ti visit family. Great property”

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, those aspects were enjoyable.Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing and photos. Our biggest disappointment was the fishing access. During our stay, the lake level was extremely low, leaving only 1–2 feet of water along the shoreline. While the owner can’t……
