“Check in was extremely slow; there were 3 persons in line before me. The clerk seemed to be having issues; she was very slow. At time of check there was no water at the property (city issue, not hotel issue). Was restored within a couple hours after check in. However, later that night I had no HOT water. I called front desk, clerk stated she had not been told of issues & maintenance was already gone for the day. Flooring in the bathroom needs to be replaced badly. Lots of mold on lower part of……

“The room was nice. Unfortunately, the water supply went out so no water to flush toilet or wash face. I did not eat breakfast since the person who put out food would not have been able to wash hands.”

“The staff was above and beyond friendly. However for a Saturday night and weekend the bar was not open and didn’t plan on it. We were told we could shuttle to the Casino for use of that bar. The breakfast was stocked and had a fresh variety. The room could use a good cleaning. The shower was dirty and behind the bathroom door had mold spots on the floor so you could tell it had not been mopped or scrubbed. For $200 a night I was not impressed ”
