“Well our first night the toilet was broken, had to change rooms at like 5am. Then the new room the tv screen was blue. We are smokers and they need a place close to our room for people yo be able yo go sit out and smoke. I don’t think it’s fair that you can’t smoke in the pool area, but you can vape. We stayed before and didn’t not have any issues, but this time it wasn’t a very relaxing stat.”

“No complaints other than not being able to check in until the exact check-in time. I couldn’t even get a room 10 minutes early. I called prior to see if there was early check in available. I got there about an hour early and the room wasn’t ready. We took the kids to the beach to wait and I would check back every 15 or 20 minutes. At one point I stood in line wet from the beach for about 10 minutes because there was only one person at the desk only to be told it still wasn’t ready. I saw several……

“Never have any trouble when we stay here. It's so close for anything going on at Lamar Dixon. Our room was clean. AC keeping us extra cool on these hot Louisiana summer days. Lobby is nice if you don't want to be stuck in your room. Breakfast had variety and quickly replenished. Staff is excellent and helpful. Always greeting as you come in or when leaving. Checking if you need anything or how your stay is going or if your stay was good when you are checking out. We had gone out for something……

“The room was very clean, neat and fresh as soon as I entered. The bed was very comfortable. I love the motion lights in the bathroom, they come on automatically as you walk in. I had the option of watching the television from the sofa or the bed. They also have an outside area where you can sit outside and also BBQ on the provided grills. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. It is not too noisy. I have no complaints. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future. Sooner than……

“The hotel was not as nice as the pictures showed. There was supposed to be complementary breakfast (which is why I chose the hotel) but after checking in I asked what the breakfast hours were I was told they do not offer breakfast.”

“so this is the place where people stay who have enough money to pay rent but can't get a landlord to rent to them; the room was missing so many basic things it's not worth listing, and my microwave caught on fire and the dude on duty wanted to argue with me about giving me a new microwave (I was like, can you just heat this up for me in YOUR microwave). I let it slide bc he's used to dealing with junkies, and the room was def *clean,* with clean linens and not a damn other thing but the cheapest……
