“NO safe for your $ or jewelry if you leave the room. I was in room109 & the door to my room did not latch unless you pulled Very hard, so I had slept with an Unlocked door, realizing it the next day. Not secure.”

“I loved my room overall. When hotels don’t have carpet it’s a plus. Loved the staff and the restaurant/bar was totally fine. The breakfast buffet is pricey but since they cater to business travelers this makes sense. The bed gave me a sore back and the curtain was unhooked on one side so the sun got in. I also didn’t like that parking is private. Some details like that are what held back a 5, but I would stay there again.”

“Security in the parking lot is a necessity. My vehicle, along with 6 others was broken in to. If Security was outside, that would've been prevented.”

“We stayed for one night during our travels. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But we kept hearing a loud bang in our room every 15 minutes which prevented us from sleeping. We did stop downstairs for breakfast. The food was really cold when served. I mentioned to the front desk and manager about the noise and they said they would comp us but never did. Expedia has reached out several times and they don’t reply or answer, they just put them on hold. Poor customer service. Just be careful as they……
