“Host was unreachable and was stranded for 2 hours without an access code. Condo had mass amounts of cat hair, no cleaning equipment available to get it out. Additional house rules refrained me from having a family gathering as it states no guests or parties permitted. I was asked to revise my statement as it was confusing to the system. ”

“Stayed here with my wife, and it was a great place to stay for a short trip. Perfect for 1-2 guests! A few things that you should know: you have no control over the A/C because you are connected to their home. When we stayed, the fan in the bedroom only had one mode: full blast! The remote to fix it didn’t work. Lastly, communication with the host wasn’t as clear and responsive at times. Our needs were always met, and they were very kind, but sometimes I would reach out and not hear back from……
