"I prepaid for a king size bed two days in advance and they were all out because they let the guy in front of me pay for one the same day. They also gave me a dirty room at first, but changed it once I requested a new one. They did not clean the room while I wasn’t there, even though I was gone from 4am to 5pm and I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on while I was gone. They also charge a $100 security deposit which is absurd "
