“Hotel was getting a new roof. The room we reserved ended up having a tar smell as a result. We went to request a new room and the front desk was very understanding and moved us into an, upgraded room with a way better view. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve the situation. Very happy with the hitel and staff. We will stay here again.”

“The property is tired and needs updating. As an example , the room needs a new air conditioner; presently there is a poorly fitting second hand window air conditioner. Elise was the highlight of the property, very attentive and engaging. Elise served us a delicious hardy breakfast. She used local products in her breakfast presentation and her little garden added to a homey feel. Elise was an excellent hostess and very accommodating. We arrived late (30 minutes) and she returned our call……

“I took my family on a trip and when we first got to our mini home, there was crumbs and dirt all over the floors and tables, the bed covers were torn and it advertised free wifi and tv. We had neither. I called front desk and they were lovely but all over the place! The staff was under knowledgeable and kept transferring me back and forth, after an hour. They gave us snacks and free fire wood and CDs for the DVD player and we’re very apologetic. However. The tv remote was missing and the tv had……
