“Loved that the floors were tiled/hardwood, the room was clean and spacious. The outside of the building is not the most appealing but the room was great. The only complaint was there was NO sand on the driveway, almost fell getting out of the car”

A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……
