“Parking was well-lit and safe. We stay every summer when we travel.”

“When i pulled in, it looked like it was closed. Grounds were not well maintained. Weeds in beds and dead trees as well. Amenities were broken and pool looked dirty and cloudy. I paid more for the in room jet tub and it was broken. Was told sorry. No offer to rectify the issue. Rooms and hallway was really clean. Rather disappointed in my stay here.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. They……

“The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us.”
