“We had a great time at The Nelson Lofts. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and easy to settle in to. It's a safe and fun environment down by the river in Davenport. Tim was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Davenport.”

“Apartment was clean, down to earth (literally, lol...semi-basement apartment, but totally comfortable and plenty of air and light), both furnished and kitchen stocked with the basics, neighborhood was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Considering the sketchy reviews of hotels in the area and that the only dependable one was the Holiday Inn (which charges *Chicago* rates), this was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!”

“We had no tv the whole time, NO mention of the shower being unfiltered well water. It smelled like rotten eggs every time we had to shower which sucked because we are already smelled fishy from fishing. Let alone I’m a tiny person and the shower was so small my face was like 3 inches from the shower wall trying to shower. The lights at the bottom wouldn’t even work because there was no way to plug them in. So we had to go use our own money to get an extension cord. The pictures are kinda...
