AT THAT TIME, the host informed me that we could not use his property! He instructed us to cancel and seek refund with VRBO on our own, which we did after returning home. “Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. It was poor communication and we had to find another accommodation because of this. The host canceled the reservation for their family to come stay.
