“I was here for one night. Checked in (the woman working the desk was very nice), went to sleep, woke up, showered and checked out. The room and facilities are clean. The room is a great size. The shower was hot and had pressure. I prefer a firmer mattress but that was fine. Overall a very good stay.”

Cependant, la communication pourrait être améliorée avec le personnel d'entretien qui n'avaient pas eu le message pour mon late check out et sont venus en 2 fois me réveiller.”

“L’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes étaient formidables. Maison et chambre très propre. La borne de recharge est un plus très apprécié pour un electro-mobiliste. Les déjeuners étaient succulents. La grande proximité du Mont-Orford, de la SEPAQ et de la municipalité de Magog est un grand atout.”

“Large spacious room and bathroom. Deep tub. No issue with hot water or pressure. Comfy bed. Large mini-fridge. Clean. Given lots of towels (I often reserve at other places for 4 people and only get 2 sets of towels). Large flat screen tv with Illeco. If you are there for a week though, there’s no dresser. ”

“This has to be the best place I have ever stayed at. The place was beautiful and clean. The service was spectacular, the person running the show was so nice. Breakfast had to be the best breakfast I had at place ever and very accommodating to my partners needs (he has stomach problems and can’t eat a lot). I wish we stayed for longer because there was so many things to do. The back yard is stunning with a fire pit, hot tub, sauna, games and string lights. We initially only stayed here because we……

“This is a beautiful old mansion that has been lovingly restored and decorated. There’s personal service from the owners. The breakfast was amazing. It was a unique experience, and we loved it. Very, very classy.”

“Super cute lodge in a semi remote location. Amenities are spectacular (jacuzzi, small gym, library, fireplace) and the room itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and shower was more than warm enough. Hosts were extremely kind - we failed to realize we could not check in after hours, but they responded immediately when we called and showed us around the place. Breakfast was laid out for us in the morning. Would visit again! The attention to detail and spectacular service……
