“We only stayed one night at the Starlite Motel. This motel is not like other places we have stayed. It was quiet and it had character. We really liked that our room included a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The backyard area was great for us to relax with friends and play games. I would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy the area and I would definitely take advantage of the grills and fire pit. If you’re looking for “modern” this may not be for you, but……

“ust returned yesterday from our stay at Fox Den. I wish we could have stayed longer . This is a perfect couples getaway. The cottage was clean and charming, very comfortable! Everything we needed and more. Just bring your clothes and food. The patio was our favorite spot with a beautiful view of the lake and gardens. So peaceful, it was like we were the only people on the property. Communication with the owners was spot on! Jeanne was always ready with a restaurant or ice cream suggestion. Easy……

“Group of beginners went for skiing. While conditions on the mountain weren’t ideal this weekend, we were very pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious, clean, and so close to the slopes.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this cute motel. It's pretty remote with no cell reception so if you want to unplug it's great. However the free WiFi was solid. It's about 20 minutes from the closest grocery store and restaurants. Not an issue but something to keep in mind. The proprietor was very friendly, the cabin was older and worn but surprisingly comfortable, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.”
