“We were given an upgraded room which meant king size bed but narrow window with frosted glass! Missing items were Shampoo Hairdryer No shelf in bathroom to put stuff An ironing board provided but no iron! “I met three staff during my stay, Maggie, Kelly and Ian - the really are lovely people. Despite a busy shift they still made time to make me feel welcome. We had wonderful discussions on the historic hotel which has history going back hundreds of years, from the Jacobite Rebellion to an American President and even the Queen of England! The original marble and woodwork are visible throughout the building. A historic masterpiece. I absolutely intend to come back! Thanks all!”
