The building itself is nice enough, but we had quite a few issues starting with check in. Arrived at 1530 and had to queue for 15 mins for check in, only to be advised that our room wasn’t ready. Came back 2 hours later and it still wasn’t ready, and had to wait at reception whilst they assigned us a different room.
Hot water didn’t work properly in the room. Shower was sometimes cold, sometimes warm but never hot. Mentioned it to reception on our second day and never heard anything back. Mentioned it again on check out to give the hotel the chance to put it right, all we got was ‘sorry about that’.
Also, the bathroom tap came off in my hand every time I used it.
