“The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back.”

“Every thing was ok Basic room but we only needed a place to sleep.”

“The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.”

“This is a new hotel with modern facilities, bathrooms, lighting, etc. Very helpful reception staff. Close to the M2 Blue line Metro station”

“Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view……
