“El personal genial, además hay una chica que habla español. El hotel está bastante apartado, en la montaña con una carretera no muy buena pero el entorno es precioso, la comida riquísima y a buen precio y hay mucha tranquilidad. Si vas a Sofia y alquilas coche necesitas que el hotel tenga aparcamiento o comprar un sim búlgara porque es la única opción de pagar la zona azul y verde, no tienen parquímetros.”

"+ : Excelente estancia. Personal amable, especialmente el conserje. Las habitaciones eran bonitas y estaban limpias, tenían closet, caja fuerte, bar y cafetera. Me encantó el desayuno buffet incluido y utilizar la piscina y el sauna. Nos sentimos en un hotel lujoso pero accesible. - : A veces la habitación olía a cigarro y el restaurante también. Lamentablemente, no creo que el personal del hotel pueda hacer mucho respecto a esto, me parece que se debe a que las personas no respetan y fuman dentro de las habitaciones y el olor se dispersa por la ventilación interna."

"I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. The hotel is very outdated and won't deserve 4 stars. Even rating it as 3 stars would be too much. On the first night the central heating didn't work and the rooms were cold! No AC, at the desk we were only given one small dusty heater. We had to wear our outdoor clothes to sleep. In the morning, breakfast buffet was cold and food simply inedible. Cappuccino was horrible bitter. The dining hall was so cold that people were having their breakfast in winter coats. Spa was in the hotel, but not for the guests to use. Total disappointment. They asked 40 € to use their little sauna. Only decent thing about this hotel was the hotel staff that were very helpful. But still, would avoid at all cost. "
