Laguna Beach is a magnificent artists Village many say similar to Carmel or La Jolla. The beaches are the best in the world as written by Condé Nast. The Villa is located at the outer edge of the downtown Village, so the beach is five minutes away walking and all of the amenities of the downtown Village are two minutes away. Laguna Beach has outstanding restaurants cafés Coffee shops galleries along with all of the traditional services footsteps away including post office churches fire station police station. A beautiful belltower is in the middle of the Village that the Villa looks upon. The bells ring hourly and songs are played on the bells at 9 AM and 5 PM.
We have garages for two cars and on-site parking for two more. A car is not necessary in town we have a local trolley and the beach and the village are easy walking access.

The Villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood just one block above access to bustling Downtown, 2.5 blocks to the beach activities. As we are at the end of a quiet street, and there are neighbors on either side of The Villa, neighbors behind us, and a guest house below and in front, we need to be respectful of the culture of the neighborhood. The property, front entry, front meditation garden and throughout the large resort like back yard with spa and chef`s BBQ are all available for guests` use and enjoyment.
There are 2 garages for 1 car each and 1-2 spaces for off-street parking. The total of 4 cars is the limit for cars at The Villa. Thank you for allowing us to host you!
