"We enjoyed our get away from the craziness of daily living. The farm house was immaculately kept, the layout was very useful, we loved watching the stars from the two decks and got to bring our dog!!! It was quiet and private so we could visit with no distractions. We went into town and shopped at the lost and found and bought many treasures!Thank you for the opportunity of getting away together. "

"We stayed at Feathered Acres relatively last minute (thanks Trisha!!) after making some travel plan changes and we had such a wonderful time. Travelled with mom and my two toddlers and we all had a blast. We stayed in the smaller studio unit the first night and the larger two bedroom unit the second night and both were so cute, thoughtful and comfortable! The studio can easily house 3 adults if needed and had a curtained off area where we stuck our toddler's pack n plays, and is a bit more...

"Beautiful experience all the way around! Clean, quaint and well equipped cabin offering the comforts of home with a great view of Horseshoe Lake. Enjoyed our days playing on the water and nights around the bonfire star gazing. Great location to escape with nearby Richmond and Cold Spring for groceries or places to dine. Great communication with host family. 5 star gem! "

"We caught more fish in the 4 days we were here than we have the 10yrs being together! 2 10lb northerns and about 30 bass between sizes a pound to 5 pounds. Pat is Amazing! He let us use the pontoon for 4 days for a little amount of money because it was out anniversary. The food here great and the people are super friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better mini vacation "

"The General manager and Manager of the Front Desk. They went above and beyond for us and others. Breakfast area was well stocked and very clean - they were super friendly and very professional. A Huge statement for the Resort and Country Club. Restaurant - outside dining was also very special. We are returning again this month and will always stay there when we are in the area. "Room was very nice. Sometimes the staff was absent. Especially at checkout. I had questions but couldn’t get any response to ringing the bell. Had to wait quite awhile. We stayed for three nights and had the same selection every morning. Biscuits and gravy and waffles. Very limited. "

"Extremely clean and so tastefully decorated. Walk out the back patio door and right into the water. Firepit area out the back door is so well done. Would highly recommend a stay at this lovely little gem. Did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back ! "
