“I didn’t like the check in which was a person on a monitor who wasn’t very friendly. Apparently the hotel doesn’t think enough of their guests to greet them face to face. My nephew was looking forward to getting in the pool but the pool was closed the whole time. I had to request a smoke alarm because the one in our room was missing. The eggs were awful, they were dry and had no taste. When I called the office to ask a question the person on the phone was rude and acted like he had better things……

“The hotel doesn’t felt hot and everything smelled of old and humid, we found a small roach in our room, the sheets looked stained and the towels were old and wasted.”

“This is a motel…the rooms are dirty and obviously have not been booked in a very long time, spider webs on the tv, stained bedspread, rooms smelled of mold, stained toilet bowls and bathtubs.”

“Clean room”
