"Staff at front desk was unwelcoming. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. Did the online check-in which asked for a pet fee $10 more than indicated on the website. When I arrived they told me they don't allow dogs. I showed them exactly where I booked and that I paid the pet fee already.
