“Great property located close to shops, bars, restaurants. Clean, cosy and perfect for our stay. (Only downside is neighboring houses in need to of some renovation)”

“The property was very clean, great area and decorated lovely! We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep but the bed was cozy and it felt very homey! The bathroom was sparkling clean. It was perfect for our quick trip to KC for a Sporting game. The host was extremely kind and very responsive! We would stay there again!”

“The home is beautiful, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the living room has several areas for conversation and watching television. We ventured into Kansas City (only a few minutes away) and were impressed with the ease of getting around with this home as our base. We were visiting our daughter and her Kansas family, and had them over for Christmas dinner (arranged ahead of time). They all raved about how nice the house is, and how beautifully it is set……

“Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch.”

“Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.”

“The entry stairs are steep and could use a railing on one of the sides as it's a little precarious as is. There were 2 days where a couple windows were open when we returned in the evening. Once we locked them there were no further issues. Owner was surprised by this. Also the area that the duplex is in has an extremely busy auto/parking issue and thus the street access is very narrow. Not much can be down about this but it should be address by the owner to potential renters.”

“We stayed here during our Thanksgiving holiday with family and we were all able to enjoy the location. The check in process was easy and the host provided the codes for entry prior to our arrival. The house was very maintained and cleaned prior to our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large group and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental and this host”
