“Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast”

“The staff was nice and professional and the room was clean and orderly. It's located in a nice part of town with lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I would change was the bed and pillows as they were too soft for my liking.”

“Staff was helpful but the overall appearance, cleanliness, and story wise was horrible. Poor place needs to be bulldozed ! Carpets are torn and nasty, paint on the walls don’t match, holes and spackle , tub was creaking when in use, headboards with horrible scary stains, beds and pillows were old and unable. People smoking on the 3rd floor rooms, towels were rough and thin. Moldy caulking , dirty vents and broken ptac machines. Breakfast was good. Kids loud and running around with out parents……

“Very convenient to downtown Lee’s Summit.Clean and plenty of supplies in kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay again.”

“The hosts and home were amazing. The home has a lot of character, cute decor and is clean/well stocked, In addition, the hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and you could tell they take a lot of pride in insuring their guests feel at home with a little something extra to make the visit special. My LO loved the putting green, and I enjoyed the plaque explaining the history of the home and area.Highly recommend!”

“We stayed here after we sold our home and had a few days before we closed on our new home. Tyler was super easy to work with, we had to extend our stay a couple of times due to the closing getting pushed back. The house was as advertised nice large rooms and super comfy and clean, quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out process was easy, would recommend the property to anyone staying in the area.”

“Property as described. Awesome host great communication. Perfect for our stay! Would stay again. Five stars! Great place, clean and nicely done. Beds comfy. Good location. ”

“This property exceeded expectations and provided a cozy, detail-oriented, and exciting location for our weekend stay. Just steps from downtown Lee’s Summit, but we didn’t want to leave! There are so many thoughtfully designed spaces to use in this house! The decor and creativity is comforting and inspiring. Our group of old high school friends is most certainly redecorating our own homes after this inspiring stay. What luxury! The host has thought of everything, which made this like staying in a……

“Great house and great house. Very clean and spacious. Perfect location and I will definitely book here again. Thank you ”

“Exactly what we needed. There were nine of us we all had a place to sleep. It was very clean. We had to take turns for the shower as there was only one, but we knew that when we booked it. Perfect for our needs.”
