“Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property!……

“This was a great homebase for our spring break to Kansas City. We loved that it was walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and parks, and the kids loved the hot tub. The property was clean and well appointed. We had to get in touch with the hosts a couple times, and they were very responsive and helpful. ”
