"Don’t bother - it appears this hotel hasn’t been touched in 30 years. The carpet in the rooms was disgusting af fraying around the edges. The bed spread had to be 20 years old and the floor and room in general was filthy. The bathroom was one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel. Went to the front to ask for an additional pillow and after the attendant make it obvious he was upset with being bothered, laughed when we asked for an additional pillow. Has potential to be a decent hotel if they completely renovate but my recommendation is to find somewhere to stay if you are in the area."

"Pros: Decent priceGood location Cons:Door did not lock properly. At one point, we could get in without putting in the code. Felt unsafe. Left a voicemail to the host about this concern and was never called back.Dog hair all over the sheets on both beds.Toilet not working properly. At one point overflowed and got water all over the floor. Dirty stools. The beds creeked.The people upstairs were ridiculously noisy. Found magnet tiles toy under the couch. Had to stand on bed to reach the light in one of the rooms. Needed a separate lamp like in the other room. Very visible dust bunny next to bed. Shower water barely gets hot."

"We booked our stay for graduation at Long Island University’s Post campus. It was very convenient for this location. There is a grocery store near by. We had a great Italian dinner from Umberto’s with plenty of left overs. We also took the train from Glen Head into the city for dinner and a Broadway show. It is very convenient for the LIRR. The beds were very comfortable- slept great. I would definitely stay again. "
