“Great view! Amenities and pool facilities were great. The door to the balcony sticks and is difficult to open and close. The condo does get very sandy from blowing from the beach. Furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable. The only real disappointment was that the “Welcome Center” is located 3 miles away and difficult to access without a vehicle. The property is very south on the island so many places are only accessible by Uber or renting a golf if you don’t have a vehicle on site. Overall……

“ This was our fifth time visiting SPI and our first time staying at this condo. The was our favorite so far and I am hoping if we come back next year to book this same place. The view was beautiful, I love how it overlooked one of the pools and ocean. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was conveniently located in the complex. The beds were comfortable as was the sectional and I actually slept on it a few of the nights. The kitchen has all the pans, utensils, etc we needed and……

“What a great condo. Perfect view of beach for morning sunrises. Kitchen is very well stocked. Master bed is soft, second bed is a bit firmer. Washer/dryer and beach equipment (tent, chairs, kids toys) was a bonus. This particular building also has much better parking access than the other buildings. Hoping to be back next month.”

“Nice location, we've stayed at the Aquarius several times but this condo was dirty. What was left of the countertops because of the extra microwave (old was out of order) had sand on them. We had to clean those and the glass dining room table. There was hair in the shower and we hadn't even unpacked yet. Floors were sandy as well. No extra bedding for the couch or extra blankets. Glad we wash everything before use, some of the plates still had food stuck on them.”
