“The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.”

“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. We took advantage of the spa and infinity pool that were both exquisite experiences. It's pricier than many accommodations in the region but you get good value for your money.”
