"During my stay, I encountered an issue where the hair dryer in my room wasn't working properly. Just as I was feeling frustrated, two staff members, Quynh Anh Pika and MANH LEVI, immediately came to help. They were incredibly professional and patient, quickly troubleshooting and identifying the problem for me. Thanks to their warm and efficient assistance, I was able to dry my hair successfully without delaying my schedule. This kind of thoughtful and prompt service truly left a deep impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel!"
