We had a few maintenance issues with the room. In speaking with other Rio guests, seems like that was common. And the hotel staff, while they did resolve the issue, they were very reluctant to offer a different room or give any sort of discount.

Fantastic experience. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Shout out to Jenny, Marta , Shane and Louis, William and Josh and all of the other wonderful staff. Definitely recommend it and will certainly go back !

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was huge and spacious and very modern with lots of amenities. The bed was super comfortable and when it was sunny, the view was absolutely incredible! The hotel was a bit out of Sa Pa town but they have a regular shuttle bus!
