“The girl that checked us in was super friendly. The girl that did our parking pass messed up, but it was solved quickly. Our room wasnt cleaned the second day, nor did we get a new towel. There is no fan is the bathroom, which is very odd. Its convenient that it is right downtown. ”

“We enjoyed the pool with the slide. Breakfast was okay and we had a great room location. Staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”

“This hotel is awesome. The cleanliness is superb and the housekeeping staff is awesome. The front desk was awesome ans the shuttle drivers are awesome. The staff has gone beyond thier duties to make you feel like home. Out of approximately 11 hotels I called this is the only one that actually had a wheelchair on site that i could use to get to and from my room and beyond. That's right! Beyond.. They allowed me the full use 24 hours a day and even allowed me to take off site to visit the city.”
