“Very fruendly helpfull staff”

“when I arrived I had had a bad experience at a earlier hotel I stayed at. Top floor room,steep stairway from ground floor and toilet on an other level. So when I arrived early at the waverley the staff very kindly switched me to a ground floor room when I told them of my previous hotel difficulties. The waverley did not do evening meals but invited me to use a take away and bring it back to hotel where a plate and cutlery would be provided for me to use which was very kind.”

“An earlier breakfast start would be better for people who have to leave early say 6 30 am. Rooms clean and staff helpful and polite. Breakfast options very good.”

“From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a wet room lovely bath and even a TV built in. In the bar area the bar staff were very attentive and cheerful, such a pleasure, and there was a lovely lounge style area in which you could enjoy your drink and chat. Later we went through to the dinning area that has a lovely feeling to it. The waitress was very attentive and so polite, talking time to chat to us. The……
