“Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. “Nice, clean hotel.”

“The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no……

“This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future.”
