“Evening staff weren’t to friendly”

“The place was extremely nice but the could not sleep on that bed again. Sinks way down like you are in two hammocks with a big lump in the middle. May work for some people but we couldn’t sleep. Other than that extremely nice and very well stocked. Good location to sports on the Beach complex for tournaments.”

“This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. She has put her heart and soul into this house and you can feel.it ad soon as you step inside. “I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate……
