“This house was an excellent getaway after spending long days at Sports at the Beach. It was quiet and relaxing and even my 11 year old said he enjoyed it. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. My 6 year old loved to see the deer and babies in the yard. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to have a quiet getaway while still being close to plenty to do. ”

“Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. “Loved our trip to Primehook beach. This property has such a beautiful view from the back deck and is so close to the beach access. Loved how quiet and peaceful it was and that we could bring our dogs with us! Close enough to Rehoboth that we spent some time there as well to play mini golf and take the dogs for ice cream.”

“Great house! The AC was cool when the heat and humidity were too much. Very comfortable and spacious house! Everyone had room to spread out.
