"We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 kids (age 8 and 9). The ONE downside is the 3rd floor bedroom can only be accessed through one of the 2nd floor bedrooms (which was accurately indicated in the listing so not a surprise, just something to consider). The bathrooms weren't as clean as I would have hoped upon check in but not at a level warranting a call to the agent. Overall it was a good spot for 2 families enjoying the beach! "

"It was a nice quiet location ..close enough to walk to town & boardwalk..... there were enough towels & linens for the week....nice backyard area & porch to sit outside.... the window treatments needed attention and some repair...the electrical parts of the one lamp in the main bedroom was broken but still plugged in ...(dangerous) but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again..."

"The house needs a lot of work. Mold and mildew in the one bedroom upstairs near the vents and on the ceiling in the living room. The air conditioning vents in the window units were dusty and disgusting. Two beds had sheets with brown marks on them. There was one smoke detector in the whole house. "The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. It was centrally located and close to many restaurants. Our 5 and 9 year old were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk and loved the pool too. As an added bonus, there were two playgrounds and a basketball court within a 10 minute walk. There was so much to do in Rehoboth and we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great stay."
