“The staff was amazing, super helpful and attentive when I pointed out an issue with the room I was in. Though the room itself wasn’t in the best shape (stains on the couch) they were super helpful and had it cleaned within 30 minutes. Brand new sheets and the works. Parking was a little confusing because of the parking lot location, but once we found it, it was super easy to find a spot. 5/5 stars from me.”

“We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“The entire staff was helpful, pleasant & friendly. The rooms were emaculate & smelled wonderful . The breakfast was hot, choices very nice & again extremely clean.”

“You get your money's worth”

“The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.”

“It was ok for a cheap one night place to sleep. It was clean.”

“The property is dated and needs a complete update.”

“Excellent stay at the Osceola. The owner and staff are passionate about giving guests the best experience possible. The building also looks great. Anyone visiting should stay there!”

“Excellent customer service ”

“Staff was very courteous The room clean and very well maintained .”

“If you don’t expect much you won’t be disappointed not much light in the room bed lumpy and uncomfortable no breakfast and no pool. For the price what do you expect”
