The entire vibe of the place has changed, there were renovations going on, the staff were not as friendly, and we were put in a room over the main bar so we didn’t get any sleep until it closed which we were promised it would and it didn’t. “The view from our superior room was amazing, looking over the Menai straits and the pier. Breakfast was very disappointing. Ours had been kept warm and was very dry. The stairs were an issue. You couldn't avoid them to access the building. I had indicated issues with mobility when i booked but the hotel only sent info about them the day before after free cancellation was impossible. The Indian meal was satisfactory. The waitress was very helpful although with limited English.”
