“Booked what we thought was one of the onsite cabins. Received no check in instructions, ended up having to call to be advised that we were in a tent ☹️ Arrived in site, no kitchen facilities as stated, no instructions for WiFi, hot tub etc. Did try and contact via both text and email for instructions but am still waiting for my reply!! Hot tub had insects in it. Decided to book alternative accommodation. Cabins did look really good though! Make sure you are clear about what accommodation you……

“Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. Again no beds were made so we had to wait outside with our stuff while a young lad threw some……
