“Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us.
It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times.
Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings.”

“The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended.
We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby.……

“The property was run down and I wouldn’t have expected to pay over £100 a night for the stay. The front entrance wasn’t in use due to maintenance. Although very cute, the owners young children were in the public areas and their toys in the foyer.

“A characterful, charming hotel in the centre of Beaumaris. In cooler months it would be lovely to use the sitting room to read and relax. Our twin room was comfortable and the only thing I'd ask for is for the bathroom window to be fixed so that only the top sash could open; there are seagulls prowling outside!
The service is excellent. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfasts and dinner were freshly prepared and ample.
