“Smell in the bathroom wasn't good; towels were razor-thin; the faucet handle did a spinning action; the mirror wasn't clean and the toilet didn't flush correctly. The air conditioning unit was loud and went off and on all night. The floors didn't appear to have been swept or clean. Not a good experience at all and wouldn't stay there again.”

“Delightful little place, I'd return anytime I'm in town again.”

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“Bathroom products were decent quality, definitely appreciated that as part of our routine each day.”

“This is an older motel (which is obvious). The room was clean, the bed was squishy and the pillows were too small). The man at the front desk was friendly.”

“We got this room last minute as another hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation on us. They were very accommodating. It was an adorable room in an adorable town. The room was old fashioned, but well maintained. We had two balconies. The staff were extremely friendly. It was right next to a train station so we loved hearing the trains coming and going.”

“Nice motel, pet friendly. Have stayed at night inn many times and always had a good stay. Older motel but still comfortable.”

“The carpets are disgusting and the rooms need updated.”

“Great front desk staff!”

“Room was dirty, several large black shelled bugs on floor wood chips under sink on floor where they were chewing! Carpet dirty! Entire room was dirty! Worst hotel ever!”

“This adorable cottage is so tastefully updated! Every aspect was top notch and high quality. The owners thought of everything and provided such a welcoming vibe filled with extras so many other rentals don't offer. The only thing I couldn't find was a hairdryer.I chose this place based just on photos, and the property is even more lovely. That is rare! We knew nothing about Arrow Rock - what an incredible location and treasure. We were there Monday-Tuesday, so most places except the Visitor……

“If you like charming stays and quaint hotels, then this is a great option. The staff was very friendly. They had a restaurant with a bar, and a fun little tavern bar in the basement. The only thing is that there is not a distinct layout of the hotel to show where each room is located and what view you would have. If that is something that is important to you, then be prepared to be happy with your room view or disappointed. Overall, we had a great time and would go there again.”

“It was a perfect set up for us! Pet friendly! Plenty of room for two adults and one child. Convenient location to restaurants and stores. So clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back.”
