Booked two rooms for 4 adults. Area was quiet and the staff and owners work hard at keeping this older motel looking nice and cozy. It felt like the 80's and family trips in the best way. Right off I-70 with a 24 hour Casey's located next door. Loved the stay here, will do it again next time I'm kicking it in CoMo.

First I have never written a bad review even if I didn't have a good experience. We were in town for college rodeo in Marshall and there rooms were all booked so had to stay in Sweet Springs. Found this motel and was very hesitant to stay just from the pictures but we were out of options. But since the reviews were good we opted to stay there verse's the Super 8. Check in was slow, grounds clean but very old. Room had dirt on floor and a few dead bugs. Bedding very used. Staff not friendly but not rude either. We felt very uneasy for some reason and that started with check in. We were booked Thursday- Sunday. Thursday night around midnight our truck alarm goes off we got up went outside but saw nothing, we needless to saw were very scared after that, 30min later it went off again we went out side inspected our truck again for signs of a break in. I called the front desk they said they have cameras and didn't see anything that it may have been a stray cat jumping on our truck. The next morning we left for rodeo and when we got back we were locked out of our room and had to get card rekeyed. We felt so uneasy and unsafe we left Friday evening and went home. I didn’t ask for refund just left.

What a quaint little place in sweet springs missouri ... it reminded me of the places we would stay when i was a kid...great memories. Awesome room, clean well decorated and a good AC i see why this 2 star motel has a almost 5 star review..breakfast isnt much but it has a great little area to hang out have a bowl of cereal and some fruit and drink coffee

I got 2 rooms. 1 room tv didn't work. Asked if it could be looked at while out. It was working when we got back. Had no problems with the area. We are bike riders and like the one floor and each room has there own outside door so we can park our bikes in front of the room. Will use this as a stop again.

Staff at check-in were friendly. Got to the room after being at the fair all day and a/c wasn’t on and beds were a double size not queen size like I reserved but I was too tired to go and argue. Noticed later that night that the body mirror was dirty at the bottom like a kid had put their fingers all over it but it wasn’t my kids.

Super quiet and clean! Doesn’t have any residual smoke odors from years past, right next to Casey’s was really convenient. Internet worked well. Friendly gal at the desk when I checked in. I stayed for work, and am likely to stay again.

This place surprised me. Check in lady was so nice. I was running late due to road construction traffic and she called to check on me. Lobby was very clean and neat. Room was older and really needed a new couch but very clean. It’s right behind a truck stop so I heard trucks idling all night. Nothing they could do about that.

This is a pleasant, and budget, conscious hotel. It fit in our travels perfectly. The hotel staff was very patient as I made the reservations, when we arrived, and as we checked out. I really did appreciate our stay there. I highly recommend people check this hotel out.
