I always appreciate a welcome book, so I don’t have to refer to my phone for everything and other guests can access information easily. I think that would be a nice touch. A little more furniture- such as vanity in a couple the bedrooms would be helpful, since there is only two bathrooms with limited counter space. “The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. ”
