Two bedroom condo near to everything Ptown has to offer

This unit has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. A great option for families! This 1st floor unit has a spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with views of the Pilgrim Monument. Cute sitting porch in front that is a great people watching spot and a large, private screened porch in rear, with fold down table for al fresco dining or just enjoying the outdoors. Home features in unit laundry, fully stocked kitchen with dining area that can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 people. All linens provided.
Wireless internet connection throughout the unit and a desk/work space available in the main bedroom. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. A separate flat screen TV and DVD player are provided in the main bedroom.
In season, each of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have window air conditioners to keep you cool. The unit also has full baseboard, forced hot water heating system for the colder weather periods.
You can walk to virtually everything Ptown has to offer - restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, galleries, bay beaches - from this centrally located unit.
The unit has one assigned parking space right in front. Additional parking (for a fee in season) is available directly across the street.
The location is a short walk from where both of the 90 minute high speed ferry services dock on Macmillan Pier, during the season, to and from Boston. That means you won't even need a car to get here and you can avoid the lower cape and bridge area traffic getting on and off cape.

Great spot, this was our second year in a row staying here. Neat, clean, super. Convenient to everything Downtown P-Town has to offer and a 5 min walk to the beach. The unit has everything we needed to make our stay great, so ask before you pack. Covered front porch great for people-watching, and screened-in back porch offers privacy outdoors. Reserved parking space 10 from front door to unit is awesome.

Convenient location in Provincetown with parking

Before the summer season I wanted a place to work where I could walk to everything. This was perfect for my needs. The library was a 5 min walk. The house is like a home, cozy with comfy chairs. It was on the dark side with drapes, but the lighting inside is excellent. Everything I needed was there in the kitchen - very well stocked. The road can be busy during the day bc it links the highway to Commercial St., but it's right in town.

Wonderful restful spot in P-town

This space was perfect for a short stay in P-town. Comfortable and quiet while still very close to Commercial Street and anywhere we wanted to be. Arrival and departure were hassle free and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house.

Kevin’s property is amazing. The location is perfect for experiencing downtown Provincetown. The home is well appointed and it was spotless when we arrived. Great Place/Great Location

The unit was perfect for us (3 men), fully stocked with pretty much all you should ever need to have at a place near the beach, including all kinds of cooking utensils, spices, bedding, beach chairs/blankets, etc. The beach is nice and only a very short walk from the unit (5 mins or less). Downtown where it is all happening is also right there. Neighbors were great, and the parking space that comes with the unit is right next to the front door. The small front porch was perfect to catch a little sun, or to people watch. The larger rear screened in porch was quiet, private, and relaxing. Overall, the unit has all of the comforts of home, and wonderful personality all of its own. P-Town of course, is magnificent!

Just Book This One!!!!

This is our second time staying at this property. Last summer we stayed with our two sons, and this weekend was a lovely stay, just my wife and I. This property is warm, inviting and steps away from Commercial Street, MacMillan Pier, and the Monument is the first thing you see when you walk out the door! The master bedroom boasts a comfy queen sized bed with tv and a lovely closed in porch out of the side door. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sets of cookware, a keurig, standard coffee machine and French press. It is perfectly decorated with local artwork, beautiful stained glass lamps and sunbathers. The shower pressure is amazing! The beaches are minutes away, as is stop and shop and CVS is right across the parking lot. It is close to everything yet set far enough away from the hustle bustle when you want to rest. This is truly a gem. We came home and immediately signed on to try to book our summer week, and found that unfortunately it was booked….but we will absolutely stay here again. And Kevin the host is amazing to deal with. Responsiveness is so quick and he was able to accommodate a change we needed with ease and generosity. Do not miss this property. It’s perfect.
